Education advocacy

Support for students and families navigating school systems — with the same care I bring to every part of my work.

As a licensed master social worker (LMSW) and a Georgia-certified school social worker (P-12), I help families prepare for and navigate school meetings, understand student-support and special-education (IEP/504) processes, and connect with the right resources. My background as a certified educator (School Social Work and French, P-12) means I know these systems from the inside.

How a first conversation works

Like my genealogy work, this starts with a short intake form — not an open calendar. Once you submit it, I review it and send you a scheduling link, so our time together is focused from the first minute.

  1. Complete the education-advocacy intake form below.
  2. I review it and send you a scheduling link.
  3. We meet, confirm scope and any fee in writing, and plan next steps.
Intake form — coming soon. My education-advocacy intake is being finalized. In the meantime, send a short note about your situation and I'll follow up with next steps and a scheduling link. Use the contact form →
Important boundaries. Education advocacy is guidance and support — it is not legal advice or legal representation, and it is not clinical or therapeutic services. Read the full boundaries →
